• Broad maritime background both on and offshore and with a wealth of experience in an independent consultancy and advisory capacity where he has served clients from the financial, insurance and legal sectors.
• Experienced in conducting technical ship condition surveys and inspections, carrying out technical investigations into major machinery failures, and cargo problems on behalf of H&M;, P&I; Clubs, and law firms.
• Detailed experience of working with tankers of all sizes having held senior technical roles in the management of operational fleets of MR/LR1/LR2 product chemical tankers, VLCC/ULCC’s, as well as fleets of LPG, CPP, Chemical, Bulk, Ro-Ro and Container vessels.
• Oversees the technical inspections conducted by Idwal Marine as well as the technical advisory services.
