M/v ‘Star Europe’ Delivers to New Owners

We are delighted to report that the m/v ‘Star Europe’ was successfully delivered to her new owners on 28th September 2016.

The vessel is a Capesize bulk carrier designed and constructed by New Times Shipyard, Shanghai under the close supervision of Graig who have been praised for the level of professionalism, reflected by the quality of the completed vessel. The vessel was largely completed earlier this year and following the normal process of vessel construction, Graig oversaw what was effectively a period of “warm” lay-up before the vessel was finally prepared for delivery to her new owner.

Senior delegates from Graig, her new owners and New Times Shipyard enjoyed a wonderful delivery ceremony arranged by the shipyard which included musicians.

We wish the ‘Star Europe’ a happy maiden voyage and a long and successful operating life for her new owners and well done to all involved on this successful new build project.
