Graig Orders New Vessels at Jiangdong Shipyard, China
Date: January 2014
Following the successful delivery of two new Seahorse 35k dwt Handysize bulk-carrier vessels to Graig in 2012, a new order for 2 + 2 further Seahorse 35 vessels for the Graig Investments Limited, designed to latest eco-specifications, was made effective in January 2014 with delivery scheduled for March and June 2015.
The vessels will be constructed at Jiangdong Shipyard, WuHu, China under the supervision of Graig China Limited. Graig Investments also holds four options and is considering extending the order at Jiangdong later in the year.
