Graig China Signs Supervision Agreement to Build Ten Further Vessels for Minsheng Financial Leasing

Graig China Ltd is very pleased to announce the signing of a new Supervision Agreement on 12th January 2011 for the construction of ten 76,000 dwt bulk carrier vessels for Minsheng Financial Leasing Co Ltd.  The vessels are to be built at Jiangsu Rong Sheng Heavy Industries Co Ltd., China with delivery of the final vessel scheduled for the first quarter of 2012.   This new Supervision Agreement, signed at the headquarters of Minsheng Financial Leasing in Beijing, is in addition to the eight vessels already under construction for Minsheng at the same yard and endorses the continued co-operation between both parties.
