Graig Ship Management signs technical management agreement with Zhong An Shipping

Graig Ship Management Limited, Cardiff is delighted to announce the signing of a Technical Management Agreement with Zhong An Shipping, Shanghai, for the management of its new 79,600 dwt bulk-carrier m/v ‘King Peace’.   This new contract endorses the spirit of co-operation between Graig and Zhong An Shipping who have recently set up a new joint venture company together, Graig Shipping Consultancy (Shanghai) Company Limited.   The newbuilding supervision of the vessel at Wu Jai Zui Shipyard, China is being carried out by sister company Graig China Limited.  

The vessel is scheduled to undergo sea trials following the Lunar New Year before joining the managed fleet of Graig Ship Management Limited upon delivery in April 2011.
