	Graig secures the technical and commercial management of m/v Trojan from a major European Bank In recent years, Graig has built up a number of strong valued relationships with a number of the leading ship finance banks. So we have been very pleased that we have been able to assist one of these banks with the foreclosure and arrest of the above vessel and now the continued trading of the vessel on behalf of the bank. This is a clear example of where Graig, with its valued experience, can assist its financial customers and partners alike.

New Building Supervision - Design and Build
	At Zhonghua Shipyard, Shanghai - 4 Multipurpose/Heavy lift of the above for companies associated with West African Shipping Company N.V. As a continuation of the Confidence series of Multi-Purpose vessels, the use of our gearless vessel for the fitting of True Heavy lift cranes bears testiment to the sound principles engaged in our design. The Huisman cranes (made and fitted in Holland) are each capable of a 275t lift at a substantial outreach.
	At Zhonghua Shipyard, Shanghai - 4 Multi-Purpose vessels for Genchart Originally this series of vessels was being built at the Royal Schelde Shipyard in Holland, time constraints dictated that some vessels be subcontracted and the choice was Zhonghua Shipyard. The yard�s ability to compete and win these orders is no doubt vastly improved by the improvements made borne of the experience gained working together with Graig since 1995. We are doubly pleased that a major European shipowner effectively endorse our own standards in choosing Graig to handle the new building supervision of their vessels.
	At JiangYang Shipyard, China - 3 Handymax bulk carriers for Van Ommeren/Blue Rock Our most recent complete project, 3 handymax vessels. Graig involvement right from the specification stage will ensure a superior product will be delivered to owners. Features include W1-OC, 14.2 knts at a scantling draft corresponding to 51,000t dwt. Outfitted for Timber.
	At Zhonghua Shipyard, Shanghai - 14 Multi-Purpose/Heavy lift vessels for companies associated with Clipper, Denmark and Graig Shipping plc The Confidence series of Multi-Purpose vessels pushes the boundaries for a 9000t dwt single hold vessel. features such as W1-OC bridge watchkeeping, Versatile Cranes each capable of an independent lift of up to 200 mt combinable up to 400 mt. True 16.5 knt performance and high manoueverability were just a few of the features built in to the vessels by Graig at the design stage.

Finance
	ING Bank US$ 30,750,000 term loan facility secured for Confidence Group Limited. Confidence Group Limited has agreed a US$ 30,750,000 term loan facility with the ING Bank to finance a number of vessels. Graig was instrumental in procuring and advising on this debt finance facility.
	December 1998 - US$ 11 million Term Loan Facility for Blue Rock Alpha Shipping. With the assistance of Graig Shipping, Blue Rock Alpha Shipping was able to secure the above term loan facility with MeesPierson N.V., The Netherlands.
	December 1998 - Girovend Holdings Limited Sale of the American Division to IVI Checkmate Corporation., a NASDAQ listed concern.
	October 1996 - US$ 94 million Term Loan Facility for Confidence Group Ltd Confidence Group Ltd, a company associated with Graig Shipping and Clipper Group appointed MeesPierson N.V. Confidence Group Limited as agent and arranger for a US$94 million term loan facility with Hamburgische Landesbank Girozentrale, Westerland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank, Finance Company Viking and Merita Bank as the lending banks.
	July 1996 - December 1998 - Girovend Holdings Limited Sale of the European Division to Girovend Cashless Systems Plc., a London Stock Exchange listed concern.
	December 1994 - Exclusive Group Plc Management buyout funded by venture capital provided by Midland Venture Capital.
	September 1993 - Europe Energy Group Plc Rights issue, debt restructuring and capital reorganisation.
	July 1993 - Graig Shipping plc Scheme of Arrangements The buyout of the remaining shareholding of Graig Shipping plc not already owned by Idwal Williams & Company.
