Over eighty years of ship owning have seen the art of technical management honed to a fine degree at Graig. Graig Ship Management Limited was formed utilising Graig staff in 1996 and continues to grow, working with different owners, protecting their investments in ensuring optimised operation of all vessels regardless of type or trade. Aside from our shipbuilding supervision, technical management remains the core activity of GSM. Our office staff have vast experience in all aspects of ship management and our expansion has been controlled to ensure that staffing is optimised to continue providing a complete service to our customers. Most of our technical staff have spent a considerable time in newbuilding yards, we literally know our vessels inside out. Our office bristles with latest IT tools to enable efficient operations, whether that be crew management, purchase tracking, planned maintenance or communications. We work together with classification and other regulatory bodies to ensure that all of our vessels comply with current legislation. We have embraced ISO 9002 and gained our certification on 23rd July 1997, we were also accredited with an ISM document of compliance in October of 1997 for Bahamas and November of 2000 for Panama ISM document of compliance, our vessels holding the necessary certificates some 4 years earlier than required by IMO.
