- Joined in 1999 as part time Joint Company Secretary. Chris has over 25 years maritime experience. Chris trained and worked in London before moving in 1976 to Botterell, Roche & Temperley in Newcastle, now part of Eversheds. He is currently Senior Partner of Eversheds� two offices in the North East of England and sits on its National Council having previously been the Managing Partner of Eversheds North East.
- During the last ten years, he has been closely involved in the formation and development of Eversheds, which is now one of the largest law firms in the world. Chris is a Notary Public and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and holds several non executive positions Deputy Chairman of the Newcastle Building Society (assets in excess of � 2 billion). Formally, Chris was educated at Cambridge University and subsequently at Adelaide University in Australia.
